Understand your prospective career, what an average day would be like for them etc. For example as a paramedic not all calls are going to be immediately life threatening, we can attend a whole range of calls.

NHS values, 6Cs, HCPC code of conduct. Have an understanding of these and try to link these to personal experiences. When may you have displayed these core values.
3.
Show an awareness of the latest topics of discussion in your field, upcoming research, current challenges faced etc.
4.
Be reflective of your personal experiences. Obviously healthcare experience is great, but any customer facing role is also very good experience. Reflect on these experiences and how they have prepared you for university life, and skills you may need in your future career.
5.
University can be very full on at times, make sure you have a plan/strategy for how you will keep on top of this.
6.
Dress smart! Whether your interview is in person or online.
7.
It’s okay to be nervous (Everyone is !)
8.
And most importantly, show genuine interest and motivation for studying the course!
