Academic poster help for uni

Hey everyone, i have just started uni, and i have no clue what i am doing. I am studying business management with digital marketing at QMU, and i feel so overwhelmed, not with the workload, but with just everything. It's always been a habit of mine actually getting started and doing things. I have an academic poster, which isn't due until December, but i have no clue how to actually start it. I need some help, anything really.
The task is to create an academic poster about a business/ individual who has used digital innovation in the digital business environment. I have chosen Ikea because they were one of the first companies to incorporate 3d rendering of furniture + allowing consumers to see the furniture in their real homes. I have some info but i am in a bit of a pickle actually starting.
Any help would be great, even if you aren't doing the course, i just feel so overwhelmed with everything, and i want to get on top of it as much as possible because i am dangerously close to a crash out ://
