Room available for takeover/sublet near UCL – Master student only

Hi,
I am offering my room for takeover/sublet, ideally starting 15 December, alternatively from 12 January, and available until the end of the academic year.
My requirements:
* You must be a full-time Master’s student at UCL.
* You are willing to take over the tenancy/contract from me (please check with the accommodation provider if required).
Details of the room:
* Location: Urbanest Kings Cross
* Start date: 15 December (preferred) or from 12 January.
* Duration: Until end of study year (September 2026).
* Rent: £325.01/w (everything included).
* Room type: en-suite/shared kitchen etc.
* Distance to campus: 25-30 minutes to UCL main Campus/Bloomsbury

The rent is paid in three instalments, but it comes out to £325.01/w on average, all bills included (electricity, water, heat, internet, etc.) Laundry & reception onsite, lots of storage space in the room. More info on the UCL website.
