• You must be a full-time student at a Liverpool university (University of Liverpool, LJMU, or Liverpool Hope).
• You are willing to take over the tenancy/contract from me (through Hello Student, the accommodation provider).

• Duration: Until 1 August 2026
• Rent: £219 per week (all bills included)
• Room type: Private studio – includes your own kitchen and bathroom
• Facilities: On-site laundry, gym access, and common areas
• Distance to universities:
• ~6 min walk to University of Liverpool
• ~10 min walk to Liverpool John Moores University
• ~20 min walk / short bus ride to Liverpool Hope Creative Campus
