possible to get a good masters from a bad undergrad?

tldr to get it out of the way; university of bedfordshire international business degree as my “bad uni” and oxbridge, lse, ucl, etc. as a good masters. is it possible?

I got accepted into a few russell group unis when I first applied but couldn’t actually go to any of them because I couldn’t afford it. I’m an international for context and have a local uni of bedfordshire. Would it be possible to get into a top 5 uni or should I try to get in somewhere else next semester?
Yes, it's absolutely possible.

Some courses may be more competitive than others, but in my experience, (working in Masters admissions), a UK uni ranking isn't going to a huge factor in how you are considered.
I did my undergraduate degree at The Open University, and now I'm doing my master's degree at the University of Edinburgh 🤷*♀️
