How much do Unis crossreference Personal Statement?
I’ve submitted my personal statement to UCAS and I wrote in it the title of some coursework that I have to do for French. I need to change the title of my coursework as I’ve found that the topic isn’t broad enough. Is there a problem if they aren’t exactly the same? Thanks in advance

They wont care. They are interested in why you want to do that subject, and only that subject, at degree level, not the details of one bit of your coursework. And no, they don't check this sort of stuff anyway.
