Hilton Graduate Scheme 2026
Has anyone else applied to any of Hilton's grad schemes. I've been invited to do the hirevue and the online assessments and was wondering if anyone else is at the same stage. I applied to revenue management.

I didn't apply for the same role but I've just been invited to do the hirevue etc. Hope your assessments went well. Could you rate the difficulty of the hirevue questions? I'm trying to get a scope

I applied for the elevator hotel leadership grad scheme. I did the online assessments and hirevue few days ago. Got A’s across all for feedback from my online assessments. There’s a lot to get through in a short amount of time, but questions are identical to others I’ve done before, so I was well prepared. Hope to hear back soon

Personally I found them difficult because if I remember correctly you only get 30 seconds of prep time. Also, I think there were a lot of hypothetical how would you do this type of questions rather than the tell me a time questions.

I think they said 9th Feb potentially if invited, for the grad scheme I applied to anyway

I took the assessment today. 2 above average (B) and 1 average (C). I read in another forum last year that someone didn’t progress further with these grades so we’ll just have to see.

What scheme did you apply for? There is one untimed assessment and one timed. Was the time timed one really hard or easy but hard because of time. For the one way interview did you get a score already? I can help you or anyone with the interview if you people haven't done it yet

I got ABB and got rejected two weeks ago so you've probably got a decent chance of getting to the next stage I'd imagine

I wouldn't say normal but everything is competitive and companies are taking longer to respond. Big companies usually do automatically send reject/accept/next stage emails though for graduate schemes. The fact they rejected someone with ABB is surprising. I think it's because they applied for revenue management and the revenue management interview /AC is before like last year.
