Invoice from my University for Year 3

I'm not sure why I am being asked to pay by direct debit the full years fees for my final year, I had to do part of my second year again in 2024-2025 due to illness in my second year and was asked to retake some modules that I was missing. I was advised that this would be at half the price as the normal student fees. As I am now having to complete the three year course this accademic year I have to pay for the course myself in full. Is this right?

Hi there,

Is it the university that is asking for direct debit from you? If you applied for finance with us, did we tell you why you are not eligible for fees from us?
