I can not choose between 2 open university qualifications.

On open university, the 2 degree's I am interested in are: Geography and environmental science. And simply Geography. I'm quite excited for either and open university is my only real option due to how my life has gone and where I'm situated. I like to plan ahead and I don't know which will be best for my goal which is to live a simple life, I don't require heaps of money I just want to live somewhat comfortably.
I'm reaching out here to hopefully understand what the courses entail and whether or not one is better than the other. I'm open to any and all ideas and even ideas that swing different spectrums of education. A lot of my reasoning towards geography is the comfortability of knowing I can always fall back into teaching, no matter how my life goes I will always have a back up plan and I'm worried that choosing a mixed subject may block said plan.
Furthermore I am not gifted with math, learning online and handling what science may bring could be quite challenging for me, but if the effort is worth it then I will obviously put my all into learning whatever I need to.

Have you had a look at the modules, this might give you an idea of the mathematical content and what topics are covered in the modules?

Could you not do a combined stem and do both?
