Hey guys created this thread cuz I didn't see any created yet for FCA. Has anyone completed the Online test and the Job sim? How did you guys find it?

Yeah I didn’t hit the benchmark score on the job sim stage. Got it like 2 mins after completion

Did the job sim this afternoon, havent been auto rejected yet, but did get sent the weird 'Reflection Report' thingy where they give you a bunch of questions to ask yourself.

I think most job sims offered by cappfinity have that feedback report
Not the most helpful tbh but if you were to get auto-rejected it would've happened first few minutes after finishing job sim else you are clear for now

Passed the online assessment a couple of days ago, and I was immediately sent a link to complete the Job Insight Assessment. The JIA is more or less a PRVI. Haven’t had the time to complete it. Applied for the Data, Digital & Tech Graduate Programme

JIA is the job simulation no?
Honestly was quite nice not too long but hope the lads at FCA liked my answers lol

I think 3
2 were just part of the job sim and one was a general motivational question. Won't tell the questions to maintain integrity of the test but all 3 questions are relatively straightforward tbh

Nope has an short answer part and some SJT's
I reckon any auto-rejection could be from those components

They prolly also use AI to check what u say along with the other ranking stuff. Just got an email today saying "Your application is currently under review. The team will be in contact with you over the coming weeks..."
