Are my predicted grades realistic for these Politics degrees?

I'm currently predicted BBC/BBB at A-level and an A in my EPQ. I'm looking at Politics and International Relations at Loughborough, Cardiff, Sussex, City, and Portsmouth. Are these achievable choices? Did anyone get in with similar grades? 😊 Would love to hear your experiences or advice!

Also, there is slight ambiguity towards some of my predicted grades as my extra time hasn’t been processed since I joined Year 12 :/

The usual advice for your 5 UCAS choices is -

1 choice just above your predicted grades - 1 grade and not in a vital subject

3 choices at your predicted grades - these are your most likely offers

1 choice below your predicted grades - this is your potential Insurance choice

It may be worth you dropping the EPQ and focussing instead on your A levels as these grades will matter far more than any EPQ.

Hi, I completed my EPQ in May 2025 and received an A in August the same year. Sorry for the confusion!
