cambridge college recommendations??

hi! im applying for history & politics at cambridge for 2027 but unsure what college to go for T_T based off my ideal characteristics please give me recs 🙏🏻

- lgbtq friendly!! (im a bi trans guy in a mlm relationship)
- good for modern history (germany russia america china vietnam etc)
- pretty buildings!
- not a huge distance from town centre
- good size dorms!!
- access to good quality pastoral support
- more “community” feel, less snobbish (im from suffolk and a working class family)
- good food

my biggest advice would be to attend an open day, if you can! seeing the colleges in person is the best way to get a feel for the atmosphere there; i ended up applying for a completely different college to the one i would have chosen on paper 🙂
