What are those forms to fill in like work experience?..does it include volunteering work or just gp/hospital work?. What to put in contact details?

Congrats on your interview!

Based on my experience the forms are to verify what you said in your personal statement is true- hence asking you for the the contact details of someone at the organisation (whoever supervised you or organised the experience with you). When I applied I included my volunteering in the form however, things might have changed so its best to double check with the admissions team via email.

Can confirm that this was what happened last year for me (first year med student at Lancaster) so this year is likely a similar system. It is to ask for someone to write a simple reference confirming your work experience. The actual details of your work experience will be written in the personal statement.

there will be 2 separate links - 1 is RSVP and other about references...ohh and 3rd about widening participation. its all in original 1 email.

Interestingly no notification via UCAS at all for me.
Is it same for all as dnt want to be in a situation if others are getting comms via UCAS track which would mean I may need to flag it up to UCAS.
