Aon Graduate Scheme 2026

Has anyone else gotten to the hirevue stage for Aon. I applied to Investment Consulting.

i also have but for reward consulting! i've put off doing the hirevue for like 5 days though because i hate doing them. i'm worried ac's wouldve already filled by now for the job i want but idk if thats just me being a pessimist.

i've not gotten a confirmation email from aon regarding if they've recieved my video interview. just wondering if this is the same with everyone else?

Anyone else received this after their Video Interview:
" Thank you for completing your online video interview. We were impressed with the answers you submitted and are currently discussing all interviews with the business to build a shortlist for our assessment centres. Our roles are very popular, with a large number of strong candidates. Therefore, we cannot guarantee places at assessment centre to all candidates that are successful at the video interview stage.
Our assessment centres will take place on a rolling basis until we have filled all roles.
If you are successful in being selected for an assessment centre, we will contact you when a date is being arranged for your specific stream and location preferences. "

Also got this today. I think we passed the screening and have good chances of getting an AC

Not to be a downer, but I recall getting a similar email for the summer internship last year and never got to the AC, so its worth keeping in mind that its not a sure thing
