- Listen and give everyone a chance - It is so important that everyone gets a chance to share their ideas and feel heard. It just generally creates more respect for each other and better more developed ideas.
•
- Play into each other strengths – Take time to each talk about your strengths or particular aspects of projects you like to work on so you can delegate tasks that best suit each other. This not only makes a better project but makes it more enjoyable.
•
- Group meetings – It can be quite time consuming but I think it is definitely worth having regular in person group meetings if you can. This helps you connect as a team and work on ideas.
•
- Play your part – Everyone’s part in a group project is very important. If everyone does the best they can in their part it will make for a really good group project. It is also stands you in good stead as people will want to work with you in the future and recommend you to others.
