Funding for full time after previous full time and part time study

Hello,

So I am thinking of returning to full time education after taking some time to complete some part time education eith The Open University. I have used just one year of part-time funding with the OU.

Previously, I attended full-time university and dropped out at the start of my second year due to medical reasons. I am aware that this counts as two years of funding.

Would I be entitled to three years of full-time funding? I am aware of the calculation for funding entitlement, does part-time study affect this? I can provide a letter from a doctor at the time explaining my situation, would this be enough evidence to support my application for an extra years funding?

Hi there,

would would your course start and would it be full time or a part time course? Can you confirm what university you want to attend, the name of the course and the duration of the course? Have you received any qualifications?
