ipad (A16)

I’m considering getting an Ipad for downloading past papers and exam questions ect. so i can do them and go back to them easily and also to use note taking apps.
The only ipad i could afford would be the (A16) and I was wondering if anyone could confirm or deny if it is good for that use?
I’m doing A level bio, chem + environmental science so it’s a lot of exam practice and flashcards and I just want to know if this would be a good purchase

Hi,
I actually use my family tablet for school but I found it really good for taking notes and accessing files as it is all in one place if you synch the apps with your school/microsoft account. It depends more on the storage as for A-levels, you will do a lot of past papers and topic booklets, but it will be easy to access them all and even easily mark them. You might have to check whether it is allowed to use an ipad for notes in lesson but it does make note taking so much easier.
And if you think about it, you are saving the trees with less printouts of past papers, making that school bag lighter.

You could do the same thing with a laptop. Download past papers.

Really nice used laptops can be bought for under £200, if you don't have one already.
Such as fully working HP 840, 835, 830 G8's from ebay.

An iPad may be a really nice addition to your IT equipment, in due course, to supplement you having a laptop. Get a laptop first and then save up for an iPad.
