Mental health nursing pre-reg programme - dissertation?

I'm trying to decide which university to go to for a mental health nursing masters (as someone who did a degree in accounting!), and I have offers from a few different places. Something that interests me is doing a dissertation as my bachelors degree didn't involve one. Some universities, like Liverpool, make it clear that the masters includes a dissertaton module..so I was wondering if anyone knew if Birmingham Newman, Liverpool John Moore, and Middlesex University have a dissertation module in their pre-reg Msc Nursing programmes?

Hi!

I've looked into the websites of the universities you listed and unfortunately none of them had details about a dissertation. But generally universities either do a dissertation or an 'evidence-based project' for pre-registration nursing courses. I recommend you to e-mail the nursing department in each of those universities to get a better understanding of what they're offering before you make a decision 🙂 .

Make sure to check each university’s course handbook or module list if doing a dissertation is important to you, it’s worth confirming directly that their MSc includes one before making your choice.
