Spring week and placement

I only just applying to spring weeks now. I know l am very late I don't know why I haven't applied earlier, so far I have applied to 1 spring week for the Bank of America, and 1 EY event. I need to complete the video interviews, if someone have done that can you give me advice on how to do it. I originally wanted to apply to a sandwich year course to do a placement but got confused and applied to the 3 year course, I asked my uni and they said I can change my degree and do a placement year if I found a placement in second year. I am worried that I might not find a placement, I need to gain as much work experience as I can. if I am not successful in landing a spring week this year | could try next year. I am studying business management.
