GCSE timetable advice

Heyy!! I really need some help. My teacher has encouraged me to make some resources in time for the y11 trials coming up soon. They told me to make a timetable so that I could revise efficiently. I'm still learning content and i have to revise on past topics as well for all my subjects .I'm not sure what to do in this situation. How should i organise my time so that when it come as to my exams i won't be as overwhelmed as i am now. Please caqn someone tell me how long i should study for each subject, How many subjects i should do per day and how can i use a timetable if i have tests and over things that i'd need to prioritise over things. How can i even do this!!

what i did, was i used a spreadsheet to organise my time. At the top I would put the subjects i had and on the left hand side, i would put the dates. I would fill in the exams and then put 1 revision session before. I would then allocate each day 1 whilst I was at school and 4 on the weekends and half term. At the bottom and on the right hand side I would use the sum command to see how much revision I had for each day and subject so I could see if it is evenly spread. I would say each revision session is 1 hour because that's what worked for me (I go to bed quite early and am quite busy but do what works for you)
I also wouldn't say what time I would do it as it felt too restrictive I would just know that I'm revising x subject today for 1 session and that would be simple enough to not confuse me but structured enough to give me an idea and not overwhelm me

bear in mind this is what I did but it may not work for you, if you find what works for you do that not the 'better' one, it's YOUR revision timetable

hope that helps xx
