Who can read your Master's application?

So in lots of schools obviously your teachers can read your personal statement for undergrad... I have left uni undergrad, so that's not an option, and nobody I know knows this subject area at all (speech and lang). Who can give you feedback on a personal statement?

There are several educational services out there who offer private coaching services to whoever is interested. I know this because I run one but I can't be of help in your case because the discipline is not my stregth except you are only interested in someone checking your grammer and criticing your personal statement constructively. if you decide to take this advice you need to be careful of those you
work with. if interested, I can share few tips on how you can spot the reliable ones.

If you are following the unis guidance on what they want to see, you fundamentally shouldn’t need much of a second opinion at this stage.

There is a free PS review service here on TSR, but Masters isn’t its focus.

Thank you! What do you mean when you say you don't need a second opinion at this stage?

For most undergrads after 2 years of writing at that level then a PS selling themselves shouldn't be too laborious, especially as you can tailor it directly for the course you're applying to. Unis give lots of info about they want to see as well as running postgrad recruitment events and 1-2-1's where you can get more guidance.

Most students shouldn't need to pay for coaching which at worse just presents a very bland standardised profile rather than something unique. If you need a second pair of eyes for spelling and grammar, that's cool. It's just that working in postgrad admissions I can spot a coached statement a mile off and not for good reasons.
