I’m at Hepworth Lodge- It is a Medium High Double Ensuite Room. Please let me know if anyone would be interested as i need to find a replacement asap before i can takeover yours.

I have 20 friends who have moved and have found replacements in two weeks. If you feel comfortable signing in the next week, I would be so happy to pay two weeks of my rent once you sign my tenancy so it’s less of a financial stress and gives you more time to find a replacement

Hey just wondering if you have any updates on someone wanting to take over your tenancy. I have just spoken to the people at unite student services and they have said you will need to find a replacement for your room before you can takeover my tenancy.
