I need help with my Alevel and sixth form/college options

Hi. I need help

I’m a year 12 college student. My college is an hour/an hour and a half away(my parents live in different places because they’re divorced) and I take the bus and the train to get there. It’s making me kind of exhausted because I need to wake up at 6am, three out of seven days and I get home at around 5-7

I live in a small village, so I do have a secondary school/sixth form which is very close to me however I’m not too sure if I can even move back there and I left it in the first place due to bullying etc

I do psychology, biology and english lit A-Level. However, I’ve been recently thinking about how limited my career options are with them. And I’m kinda interested in poisons and toxicology. So I wanted to change to chemistry, but I don’t know if I even can and I don’t know which subject to drop.
I got a 5 in maths and a 66 in combined science because I barely revised at all, only the day/two days before. I regret it

I know changing my subjects next year would be an option, but then I’d have to stay an extra year and would it be worth it?
I don’t know if I should try and change now, or if I should wait it out and see if I want to change next year. Or if I should try and transfer to another college/sixth form or even if I should go back to my secondary school
