UCAS and Oxford don't reflect the same college allocation
I had submitted an open application and received a confirmation email from Corpus Christi that they are reviewing my application. Later, my UCAS updates the location from 9 to 3, which is Christ Church.
I want to know if I should reach out to Corpus Christi, or if such things are normal for open applicants..

I would email or telephone the academic office at Corpus just to confirm your status. In the initial stages of the application process, it's usual for applicants to be shuffled around between colleges if a particular course and college are over-subscribed. Or it could just be an error at UCAS.
