You need to read through the NMC code of conduct and the NHS values. In your PS, reflect on your work experience and relate your experiences to the code and values.

Hi @Richlov. If you don't have voluntary work, you can include experience from jobs or roles you've done. With customer service experience you could link important skills you would need as a nurse, e.g problem solving and time management. Adding wider reading, for example reading about current disparities within adult nursing, shows you are aware of the current climate.
