U in HPQ (Failed) , Does it impact my uni application

Hi

I am in Yr13 and doing my UCAS application.
I didn’t realise the importance of HPQ until now when I had to put it on the form
I got a U on HPQ , I know pathetic

My GCSE’s are 99998888766
Predicted 42/45 in IB .

Does HPQ have an impact on my application please ??

Planning on applying for LSE , Warwick ,Bath mainly
Literally a non-factor. Honestly I wouldn't even bother mentioning it. Even EPQs are only worth mentioning/doing if done well and specifically relevant to the subject you're applying to realistically. A year 10 qualification that's not even an EPQ? Irrelevant.

You have to declare it on your UCAS form but not something worth discussing in your PS and I doubt any reputable uni is going to care about it much, if at all.

Thank you very much for your response . You put my mind to rest .

Do you think I can get away without mentioning on the form ?

No, you must declare all attempted qualifications. You agree that you have listed all your qualifications when you submit it and failure to do so can lead to your application being marked as fraudulent by UCAS, any offers you hold being nullified by the unis, and UCAS can exclude you not only from the current application cycle but future application cycles. You must list it.

However as above I can't really see how unis would care about an additional GCSE equivalent qualification. Most unis and courses barely care about actual GCSEs to start with, beyond English and maths.
