which Uni are best for CS and AI
Can anyone guide me on which universities are good for CS and AI among Louborough, KCL, Uni of Southampton, Birmingham and Manchester for predicted grades of AAA student?

Excellent set of predicted grades 🙂
Its very difficult to say which of those unis is best, as this is a very personal decision which will depend on how much you like the course contents/each uni personally. All are high-performing for computer science and so you'll be getting a very good academic experience at any of them.
Have you been to open days, heard the course presentations, visited the cities? If you have, which struck you as being the friendliest, most open, where you could picture yourself as being the happiest?

I would recommend being careful to apply for at least 1 more AAA uni instead of one of the aspirational and a good, safe insurance choice offering AAB-ABB, just so you have a decent safety net. If you wanted some inspo on where to look for these, then the Complete University Guide is a really good resource for this.

1-2 aspirationals (entry reqs 1-2 grades above your predicted grades, could act as your Firm should you receive an offer) e.g. your Kings, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton
•
2-3 realistic choices (entry reqs pitched around same level as predicted grades) e.g. Loughborough
•
1 insurance - a choice with entry reqs 2 grades below your predicted - in your case an ABB
