Skeleton Essay Plan
Hi, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into how to do a law skeleton essay plan. I haven’t encountered this structure before and I’m stuck on how to start? Any help would be appreciated

A skeleton essay plan doesn’t have one fixed format because it really depends on the nature of the task. Some law assignments use an IRAC layout, others need a more traditional essay structure.
For example;
•
Problem questions → usually use IRAC/ILAC for each issue
•
Essay/discussion questions → usually use a standard essay plan (intro, key points/arguments, critique, conclusion)
So before planning, the first thing to work out is: Is this a problem-style question or an essay-style question?
