Is it worth applying for the PPE course at Oxford with my results

For context I am studying Politics, Economics and English Literature. At GCSE I got 9 in English Language, 8 in English Literature,History, RS and maths, 7 in drama , 6 in Spanish and 66 in Science. I also don't take Maths A- Level so I don’t know if there is any point in applying as I already have a weaker application, although my College have predicted me 3 A/A*

Unless you are able to get 3A* predicted for you and a 80+ TSA score, I would not apply. GCSE grades are weighted quite heavily along with A Level grades and the TSA (see here), and your 9/8s are on the lower end.

Is it taken into account which subjects have which grade eg sciences are unrelated to the course I would take however all essay subjects were 8/9.
I think the issue here is the lack of A-level Maths, moreso than anything else. The vast majority of successful applicants take A-level Maths and I suspect those that don't have some mathematical qualification(s) otherwise they are undertaking.

Economics at degree level (including in a PPE degree) is necessarily mathematical.

No, your entire profile is evaluated.
As pointed out by the other poster, not taking math is also not helping your case since they explicitly recommend that you take math.
