What does this convey? And what to do about it?

I recently spoke to a girl whom I had feelings for I just wanted to know whether she felt the same way for me I had received my response although at work in every corner or of every space we are avoiding one and other we don’t even say Hi or Hello to each other. I personally just keep to myself only because I respect her feelings, her stance on where she sees us and for her to have her personal space. Whilst I also have no plans to talk to her if I am ultimately led or played on when my intentions is to know each other for a nikkah (wedding) eventually. I want to know is this a signal or gesture from her to something her response to me revealing my feelings for her has not hurt me in anyway neither has my feelings been lost towards her yet why does she do this I know why I do as stated above as for her?
