Lucy Cavendish Academic Attainment Programme
Hi everyone,
I applied to this programme around a month ago, or a while before the applications shut, and am yet to hear anything back. I received an email confirming my teacher’s verification and that they hope to contact all applicants by October 31st.
I was wondering whether anybody has heard back yet, whether it be confirmation or denial.

I was in AAP last year and got my confirmation email on the 25th, although the email stated "the week commencing 21st October". Have you checked if it states "the week commencing"?

I’ve not received anything either, I’m just assuming I got rejected which is a bit irritating as I haven’t applied for anything else and missed all the deadlines. I got all grade nine’s but I suppose in just not disadvantaged enough (state school, poor area and I’m a girl but I’m white and not trans etc)

I’d stay optimistic until you get an email
i checked the ‘sent’ times of other emails I received from the programme and they’re all from midday onwards. I might just be gaslighting myself but keep an optimistic outlook !!!!Reply 4
