Any chance of getting an offer with A*BB? CS
Hi, I'm looking to apply to computer science bsc at sheffield as my aspirational and have A* (Computer Science), B (Maths), B (Chemistry) predicteds - completely messed up my mocks that determined grades as I got too cocky and barely revised. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone has experience/knows whether I stand any chance of getting an offer at like AAA for this course (G402 i think). I am not eligible for contextual offers as far as I'm aware (considering attempting to get an ADHD diagnosis as I think I have it but it would be too late by then anyways). I would really appreciate any advice as my schools internal deadline for UCAS apps is 2nd november! Thanks

The school cannot make you hand in your application this early!
I'm a teacher and write UCAS references - the draft of these is already written and so studnets have until January to complete their application. I will review any reference at that stage but the main work is done.
I would talk to your school - have you got more tests before the end of term and are you working at higher grades now? Predictions shouldn't be based on one test ...
