Foundation year pharmaceutical science help?

I'm interested in studying Pharmaceutical Science with a foundation year at Coventry, Wolverhampton or Teesside. I study Health and Social Care (BTEC) and my results are pending. Any advice on which uni or course to choose, and what the foundation year is like? 😊

Just remember that wherever you do your Foundation year is where you will complete your whole degree. Foundation years are not 'qualifications' you can use anywhere else. Therefore check that you can progress to a degree that you actually want to complete and that you want to do it all at that Uni.

Check that your BTEC is accepted - usually only Applied Science is accepted for this sort of Chem based degree - and specific units within that BTEC. Its worth emailing each Admissions team to check before you apply.
Hi there,
It's great to hear that you are considering pharmaceutical science at Teesside University.
My advice would be to get as much information as you can from the universities you are interested in, so you can make the right choice for you.
The best way to get a feel for a university is to visit an open day. You can speak to staff and see the campus and the facilities and see if its for you. Our next open day is Saturday 22 November, so there's still time to book.
Good luck with your decision and any questions, just get in touch!
thanks,
Claire
