Student finance has random bank details

Hi so I’m trying to get ahold of my maintenance loan but student finance have the wrong bank details. In order to change the bank details I need to input the bank details they currently have on file. However, the details they have on file are wrong and I don’t know what they are. I have inputted my old bank details that I have and they won’t accept them and say they are wrong but they’re not. So I can’t change the details to my actual bank details.

I spoke to someone over live chat but the live chat crashed so I didn’t get many answers. But I think I need to call them to get it changed. The only issue is that I have auditory processing issues and so I can’t physically hear or process what they are saying over the phone. Someone has permission to speak on my behalf over the phone but online it says that they won’t be able to change my bank details over the phone. What can I do :frown:

If you do not recognise the bank details on your online account then I would advise you to contact our compliance team. They are open Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm.
