Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Unity Square, Liverpool. It’s a Platinum en-suite room with a park view, very spacious and modern, in an all girls flat in a great location near the city centre and universities.
• Rent: £145 per week (all bills included)
• Available: Before/ just after Christmas (move-in date flexible)
• Contract until: 25/07/2026
• Facilities: Secure building with laundry and bike storage
• Reason for leaving: Moving back home
It’s a great room if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable to live.
