Would I be able to get into medicine?

Hi, I want to get into medicine. I did bad on some of my gcse subjects, but I’m doing well on my a levels.
I’m predicted A* in bio, A* in chem, B in sociology, Distinction and Distinction in applied science level 3, and I got A* in my language a level exam.
I’ll be taking a gap year and I’ll be applying during my gap year with my actual a level results so they might look less at my gcse grades. I did resit my GCSEs, so I got 7-8 in science, 6 in English lang and I got 6 in maths(I did resit maths twice and English twice) originally I had 4-4 in science, 5 in English lang, 3 in maths. I haven’t started doing ucat yet, since I’ll be doing it after my a levels. Do you think I have a chance to get into medicine? I really hope for a med school in London, since my a level grades are pretty good, but my gcse grades are holding me back especially bc of how many resits I did.
