Personal statement
Hi, I have 3995 characters out of 4000 on my personal statement, however on q2 I have only written 1100 characters while q3 I have written 1500. Does It matter if a one question has way more characters than another?

It doesn't actually matter as long as each section meets the minimum limit, although I've been told most people will have their third section as the shortest, not that I think that matters.

Spot on.
For a lot of applicants Q3 might be a bit shorter but for some courses (e.g. medicine, Vet med, Dentistry) I've seen a lot of applicants going longer on Q3 because they are discussing their work experience. So that aspect varies quite a bit.
