Which environment do you think you would prefer?
Administratively as I understand, the sciences at Durham run out of natural sciences to begin with - so my understanding is the timetabling etc is all done with natsci students first in mind, to ensure they can take appropriate combinations of options etc (albeit I gather not all combinations are possible) and that they have centralised admin and pastoral support. At UCL the sciences run out of separate departments and faculties so are administratively very separate and I gather there is more risk of timetable clashes and you can end up "floating" between the departments administratively.

What do you want to do after your degree? What specific subjects are you interested in pursuing via natsci?

Each NS degree program is very different - subjects available, subject combos, 'pathways' or wider more flexible subject choices etc etc. Check very carefully and go the Open Day to really get a handle on what makes each course different - and each Uni.

Durham - college system, can feel a but weird. Small town, lots of tension between town and gown.
UCL- expensive living costs. London can feel lonely/isolating, Uni has a poor rep for undergrad student support.
