Aviva Graduate Scheme 2026

I haven't seen another thread yet about Aviva so I thought I would make one. I applied to the Aviva Investors grad scheme. What roles have people applied to?. I applied to Aviva last year for a different role and didn't even get to the online tests so maybe last year I made a mistake on the application form that meant I was auto rejected. Hopefully that does not happen again this year.

No not yet. I'm hoping I actually receive it this year cos last year I think I got rejected the morning after I applied. I am assuming everyone who is actually eligible gets the online test. What role did you apply to?

I applied for accountancy. I got the link for the online test two days after I applied and then the link for the VI a day after I completed that.

The investment graduate. But when you’re applying it asks which role within that. There’s an option of 3 i think

How did u find the video interview. Did u get almost 10 questions too

Hey! I have applied for accountancy and still waiting to get an invitation to complete the online assessment. Did the assessment have any questions that had a time limit? And with the VI, what sorts of questions was it (eg strengths based, motivation for applying to the role and/or programme) ? I’d really appreciate some insight. All the best to you !

I applied for actuarial, but there were 6 questions relating to why you want the role, and also strength-based ones

I’ve just completed the initial online assessment. How long did you guys take to hear back from Aviva after completing the OA? thanks
