Physics olympiads summer schools that are free like Sutton trust and uniq Oxford and Cambridge SU they’ll be specific to physics so it’s worth looking at them. Check all of Oxford and Cambridge colleges separate outreach programmes that they do every year you should be able to find some for physics. Compos is a good one held by Oxford physics department. You should be able to just find a lot of YouTubers who talk about stuff you may be interested in veritasium for example. Sorry I applied to engineering so I don’t know much about physics I did Yh more mathsy stuff you could also try levelling up physics by uni of Birmingham but that’s not about physics concepts or atuff it’s just alevel physics
Head to a library and find a good book about a topic that interests you.

I second this, people often think it’s too simple but being able to express my views on a topic I read in a book was really helpful for my personal statement - when reading try to think critically about the content so that, If prompted, you can respond to what you have read with your own thoughts and analysis (maybe find an article based on something interesting from the book as Oxbridge like to see you following threads that interest you).
