So i want to write As level only then apply for Law in UNIVERSITY will i get the program and what combination do i need

Most UK Unis have no specific A level subject requirements for Law - they just want 3 top A level grades. Examples :
LLB Law | Study at Bristol | University of Bristol - A*AA or A*A*B
Law LLB | University of Leicester - AAB
LLB Law (Hons) in Law at Oxford Brookes University - BBB
You may be able to get a place on an International Foundation Program with just AS levels but you will not be able to start Year 1 of a degree program. These courses are available at many Universities and at some private colleges.
