Student finance - bank details

Hi,
I lost my bank card a few weeks ago, and I applied for a new one. I got it now, but I wanted to change my bank details in student finance, but it asks me about my old sort code and account number, but I don't have them. What shall I do?

Hi 👋
Is your new card accessing the same account as your old card? In which case the code and account number is the same.
If not, are you able to access your online banking app? Assuming you haven't closed the account you lost your card to, it should tell you your sort code and account number there.
