Advice for studying / uni

I I take the IB and in my GCSEs I didn’t do so well I got an eight in English language and eight in history and 8 in math a 6 in English literature a six in chemistry a five in biology a five in Spanish and a three in , art do I still have a shot at a top 10 uni/ an Ivy League if I manage to score well in the ib?
Also any revision tips for a levels/ib?? I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed and not even sure how to study.
