I'm currently in year 13, doing ocr alevel religious studies  I would use the specification to give you a clear idea of what to include in your notes. When I make notes, I combine ideas from school resources, the textbook or YouTube videos from 'I think therefore I teach'- her videos are super helpful. I usually use the PEREL structure but its really up to you. Just make sure not to just write everything you know, make a point and evaluate it (say why its strong/weak, bring up counter arguments and explain which is stronger.) Ive have never made flashcards to revise for any of my subjects at either gcse or alevel, so I havent made any for rs alevel, but again completely up to you and how you revise. For example, I know my friend uses flashcards for rs, but imo I think they take too long and I get bored making them lmao. hope that helps
