Blocked
I am on the waw of receiving first payment, but today my request was blocked because DWPcoud not check my National Insurance Number, I wanted to ask what address should I send letter and what documentary evidence I should provide? From letter quote: "Please provide documentary evidence of your National Insurance number if you are confirming that the details given above are correct". Thank you

Hi there. The address should be on the return envelope, but this is the address if you can't find it:
