Student accommodation Parklands Dundee

Lately, I’ve been wondering where to rent student housing in January. After scrolling through endless listings, I came across Parklands in Dundee. This is the link: https://prestigestudentliving.com/student-accommodation/dundee/parklands

The place looks like nice with ensuites starting from around £600 a month, with all bills, WiFi, and even a gym included. I’m especially drawn to the idea of having my own bathroom, access to a rooftop terrace, and a gym on-site.

But of course, the big question is: is this a good area to live as a student? Still, I’m planning to visit soon to get a real feel for the atmosphere.
