Acceptance at msc real estate finance and imvestment at university of manchester

Hi All,

Can someone share what is acceptance rate for msc real estate finance and investment at university of manchester, how many application for this program and how many seats available, can someone with low grades like 65 percent from indian university but with work exp in real estate valuations expect offer for this program. Also, how much time do they take to share conditional offer after application

65% isn't a low grade if it is from a UK uni. If they ask for a 2:1 then you you'll be considered - most postgrad degrees are not as competitive as undergrad.

The acceptance rate won't really tell you anything - they could get a lot of applicants applying with 2:2's and 3rds.

65% could still be a very good result from a decently ranked Indian uni.

UK admissions teams are aware that Indian unis differ in their grading schemes and will often take the awarding uni into account.

Do cleared backlogs affect my application, someone said to me that manchester generally does not consider students who have past history of backlogs

It might - in particular if modules are showing as being failed, (rather than no sitting/mark and then carried over). But some unis will be more interested in your overall mark and performance in most relevant modules So it's more of a case by case assessment.
