SFE- system error
Hi,
I submitted a pn1 form by post in August then was told there was a system error on my account which delayed my maintenance loan payment till the 26th of October rather than September 22nd. My maintenance loan is being manually payed to me however my tuition fees are not being processed till the system error is fixed which there is no time frame for.
I have communicated this to my university but I am afraid I will be kicked off my course.
Has anyone else experienced this and can provide help on weather it will actually be resolved or honestly anything to help.

Hi there,
System errors can happen to applications which prevent payments being paid. We try to resolve this as quickly as possible and sometimes this can't be done. This is why we then pay manual payments of your loan to the student. Tuition Fees are different as we pay this through our system to the university. If you explain to the university the information given about the system error, if they have any issues they can call their helpline.
