UAL Accommodation Tenancy Takeover

URGENTLY need a UAL STUDENT to takeover my tenancy at Portland House. I'm going abroad in January so I need someone to take over my tenancy by then, but I am available to move out anytime.

The place is less than 5 minutes walk away from Camberwell College of Arts, has excellent bus/train links, as well as Peckham High Street down the road, Camberwell Green up it, and a lot of other shops all around the area.

Price is £263/week (school set). PM me with your student no. and other details to enquire or move forward.

Hello! I am the student rep for UAL and was wondering if you heard of the instagram page @ualsubletting". It is not affiliated with UAL but a page made by Ual students to sublet / list their places which may be helpful to find someone to take over your tenancy!
