URGENTLY need a UAL STUDENT to takeover my tenancy at Portland House. I'm going abroad in January so I need someone to take over my tenancy by then, but I am available to move out anytime.
The place is less than 5 minutes walk away from Camberwell College of Arts, has excellent bus/train links, as well as Peckham High Street down the road, Camberwell Green up it, and a lot of other shops all around the area.
Price is £263/week (school set). PM me with your student no. and other details to enquire or move forward.

I'm a student rep for UAL, and I thought I would mention the Instagram page @ualsubletting in case you hadn't heard about it and still need to find someone. It's not affiliated with UAL, but it was created by UAL students to sublet/list their places, which may be helpful with finding someone to take over your tenancy! Hope this helps.
